Religious books must be soft cover, no exceptions. The Detention Center no long accepts any outside clothing items, magazines, coloring books, writing utensils, or hygiene items. These items may be dropped off at the Detention Center Public Lobby. All other items an inmate may need are provided by the Detention Center and any additional items such as commissary or “luxury” items are available for the inmate to purchase through the Detention Center’s Commissary. You can also send inmates commissary care packages through the Jail ATM website.

To provide an inmate with money on their commissary account, you may use the Stellar Services Kiosk in the Detention Center Public Lobby using cash or a credit card. You may also provide money online through the Jail ATM website using a credit card. There is a $3 third-party service charge for cash and a $3 or 10% third-party service charge for credit cards, whichever is more. You may also pay an inmate’s bond with either of these methods. All service charges remain the same for bond payments. Bonds may also be subject to a $25 Sheriff’s fee in addition to the service charges in certain circumstances.
