Occurred: Sometime between 10/27/2022 and 11/5/2022

Location: Pasture on 473rd Ave near 198th St

On the above date and time, the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office took report of a cattle theft. It was reported, sometime between 10/27/2022 and 11/5/2022 an unknown suspect(s) removed nine calves worth a combined approx. $10,000. The calves were black with either blue or pink ear tags and no brand. This incident remains under investigation by the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office.
