Public Notice: Application for Variance 2022var021

John Knutson has made an application, 2022var021, to the Brookings County Board of Adjustment for a variance. Article 11.00:  Section 11.01 “A” Agricultural District:  Area Regulation # 2: Front Yard: The minimum depth of the front yard shall be one hundred (100) feet. A corner lot will have two front yards. The property is described as: “S213’ of W452’ of E1128’ of SW1/4 of Section 9, T110N, R48W (Alton Township)” ~~ located at 48034 210th St, White, SD 57276. 

The public hearing will be held in the Brookings City & County Government Center, 310 Chambers, 520 3rd St, Brookings, SD 57006 on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 7:00 PM.   

All interested persons may attend and be heard at this time.

The application and other associated written materials are available for public review at www.brookingscountysd.gov on Monday, November 28, 2022. Written comments may be filed with the Zoning Officer at 520 3rd St, Ste 200, Brookings, SD 57006, or by emailing: countydevelopment@brookingscountysd.gov on or before noon on Friday, December 2, 2022. No materials will be placed on the website address after 5 PM on Friday, December 2, 2022.
